Signal Ark’s pricing is built around two dimensions: your monthly plan, which sets your seat limits and feature access, and your credit balance, which powers the AI and data-intensive actions that generate intelligence. This page explains how both work and how to manage them.

Plans

Designed for small teams exploring intent-based selling. Includes:
  • 50 credits per month
  • Core signal monitoring and account management
  • Standard ICP scoring
  • Up to 3 team seats
Annual pricing is available at a 20% discount.

How credits work

Credits are Signal Ark’s unit of account for actions that draw on Large Language Models (LLMs) and premium external data providers like People Data Labs (PDL) and Exa AI. Your plan includes a monthly credit allocation that resets on your billing date. Credits do not roll over between billing periods.

What costs credits

Free actions

The following actions never consume credits:
  • Viewing accounts, signals, and briefs
  • Running a Resolve Only ABM intake batch
  • Browsing the Company Directory
  • Managing team members and settings

Viewing your credit balance

Your current credit balance appears in the top navigation bar on every page. To see a full breakdown of how credits have been used, go to Settings > Billing > Credit History. Each entry shows the action type, the account it was run against, the credit cost, and the timestamp.

Purchasing credit packs

If you exhaust your monthly allocation before your billing date resets it, you can purchase one-time credit packs from the Billing page without changing your plan.
1

Open Billing settings

Navigate to Settings > Billing and click Buy Credits.
2

Choose a pack size

Select the pack that fits your needs. Credit packs are available in 100, 500, and 2,000 credit increments.
3

Confirm purchase

Payment is processed immediately via Stripe. The credits are added to your balance within seconds and are visible in the top navigation bar.
Credit pack credits are consumed before your monthly plan allocation. If you have leftover pack credits at the end of a billing period, they carry forward to the next month — unlike your plan allocation, which resets.

Upgrading or downgrading your plan

1

Open Billing settings

Navigate to Settings > Billing and click Change Plan.
2

Select a plan

Review the plan comparison and click Select on the plan you want.
3

Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Downgrading from Pro or Growth to a lower tier removes access to features included only in higher tiers. Accounts and data are preserved, but feature-gated actions will be disabled until you upgrade again.

When you run out of credits

When your credit balance reaches zero, Signal Ark disables any action that would consume credits. The action button in the UI is greyed out and displays a warning indicating your balance is insufficient. Passive signal monitoring and account viewing are unaffected — only credit-consuming actions are paused.
