To begin monitoring intent and detecting signals, you need to add target accounts to your SignalArk workspace. SignalArk offers multiple ways to ingest accounts, all of which automatically trigger our enrichment pipeline.

1. Instant Value Onboarding (Paste Domains)

The fastest way to start using SignalArk is by simply pasting a list of domains. This is the primary onboarding flow, allowing you to see value in minutes.
1

Paste Domains

Navigate to Accounts > Add Accounts and select the Paste Domains option. Paste up to 100 company domains (e.g., acme.com).
2

Auto-Enrichment

SignalArk immediately processes these domains, resolving them to complete firmographic profiles using our primary enrichment provider, TheCompaniesAPI (TCA).
3

Instant Scanning

Once enriched, the accounts are queued for initial signal scanning to populate your Monday 8 dashboard.

2. Advanced ABM Intake Pipeline

For mature sales teams, the ABM Intake pipeline allows you to bring external account lists and turn them into first-class SignalArk intelligence objects with staged enrichment.

Multi-Tier Matching

The intake engine resolves accounts using a confidence-based waterfall: Exact Domain (1.0) → LinkedIn URL (0.85) → Domain-derived Name (0.65) → Exact Name (0.55). Matches below 0.7 confidence are flagged for manual review to ensure data integrity.
When creating an intake batch, you can choose an enrichment tier:
  • Resolve Only (Free): Matches accounts without using credits.
  • Resolve & Enrich (1 Credit): Pulls fresh firmographic data.
  • Resolve, Enrich & Score: Adds automated ICP scoring against your profiles.
  • Full Pipeline: Enables Go-To-Market Execution (GTME) play detection.

3. CSV Import

You can upload traditional CSV files containing your target account lists. The SignalArk quote-aware parser automatically detects headers like domain, website, company, and linkedin_url.
Including the LinkedIn Company URL significantly improves match rates and reduces the need for manual review.

4. Manual Creation

If you are researching a specific prospect, you can manually create an account by entering the domain and company name. As with all creation methods, manual entry automatically triggers the enrichment pipeline to gather industry, size, and location data.
