Signal Ark begins monitoring buyer intent the moment you add an account to your workspace. Every method described below — from a quick domain paste to a structured ABM intake batch — automatically kicks off the enrichment pipeline to build a complete firmographic profile before any signal scanning begins.Documentation Index

Paste domains
Pasting domains is the fastest way to get started. You can add up to 100 accounts in under a minute.Open the Add Accounts panel
Navigate to Accounts in the left sidebar, then click Add Accounts in the top-right corner. Select the Paste Domains tab.
Enter your domains
Type or paste one domain per line — for example,
acme.com or stripe.com. Signal Ark accepts naked domains; you don’t need to include https:// or www..Upload a CSV
CSV import is ideal when you’re bringing in an existing target account list from a spreadsheet or CRM export.Prepare your file
Signal Ark’s parser automatically detects common column headers including
domain, website, company, and linkedin_url. You don’t need to reformat your export — just make sure at least one of these columns is present.Upload the file
Go to Accounts > Add Accounts and select the CSV Import tab. Drag your file into the upload area or click to browse.
ABM intake pipeline
The ABM intake pipeline is designed for sales teams that run structured account-based motions. It gives you staged control over enrichment depth and lets you apply ICP scoring before accounts enter your active workspace. When you create an intake batch, you choose an enrichment tier:Resolve Only
Matches accounts to Signal Ark records using the confidence waterfall. No credits consumed.
Resolve & Enrich
Pulls fresh firmographic data (industry, headcount, revenue). Costs 1 credit per account.
Resolve, Enrich & Score
Adds automated ICP scoring against your configured profiles. Useful for prioritizing before import.
Full Pipeline
Enables Go-To-Market Execution (GTME) play detection on top of enrichment and scoring.
How matching works
The intake engine resolves accounts using a confidence-based waterfall. Matches below 0.7 confidence are flagged for manual review.| Method | Confidence |
|---|---|
| Exact domain match | 1.0 |
| LinkedIn URL match | 0.85 |
| Domain-derived name | 0.65 |
| Exact company name | 0.55 |
Accounts flagged for manual review appear in a separate Needs Review queue inside the intake batch. You can approve, reassign, or discard each one individually before they’re added to your workspace.
Add a single account manually
Use manual creation when you’re researching a specific prospect and want to add them individually.Enter the domain and company name
Provide the company’s domain and, optionally, its name. The domain is required — Signal Ark uses it as the primary identifier.
What happens after you add an account
Regardless of which method you use, Signal Ark runs the same post-ingestion pipeline on every new account:- Firmographic enrichment — TCA is queried first; People Data Labs (PDL) fills gaps if needed.
- Tech stack detection — Signal Ark scans the account’s website for installed technologies.
- ICP scoring — The account is evaluated against your active ICP profiles.
- Signal backfill — Historical signals are surfaced where available so the timeline isn’t empty on day one.
