Account Activation Briefs go beyond the quick context of a “Why Now Brief”. They are highly structured, deeply researched decision assets meant for executive alignment, deal champions, and complex sales motions. Note: Account Briefs are a Growth Tier feature.

4 Brief Types

You can generate four distinct types of briefs, depending on the account’s current situation:
  1. Executive Change: Tailored for new leadership transitions.
  2. Competitive Displacement: Focuses on competitor vulnerabilities and tech overlap.
  3. Cyber Risk: Highlights security postures, compliance deadlines, and exposure.
  4. Growth Expansion: Centers on funding, hiring surges, and market expansion.

Quality Tiers & Safe-to-Send

Not all briefs are created equal. SignalArk uses a multi-stage evaluation pipeline to ensure quality. Every claim in the brief must be backed by evidence. Briefs are categorized into three quality tiers:
  • Full Brief (≥ 60): Comprehensive, fully supported by direct evidence.
  • Summary Only (40-59): Useful context, but lacks enough direct evidence for a full brief.
  • Blocked (< 40): Not enough data. Generation is blocked to prevent hallucinations.
Each claim within the brief is evaluated for a safeToSend flag to prevent generic or unverified AI content from reaching prospects.

Persona Overlays

Briefs are persona-aware. Using a deterministic client-side rendering engine (meaning no extra LLM costs or latency), you can overlay specific framing for:
  • CFO (Focus on ROI, cost consolidation)
  • CISO (Focus on risk mitigation, compliance)
  • CRO (Focus on revenue acceleration, time-to-market)
  • VP Product (Focus on roadmap acceleration, technical debt)

Delivery & Sharing

Once generated and approved by a rep, briefs are frozen and can be shared externally via:
  • Hosted Secret Link: A beautiful, unbranded web page (/brief/{slug}?token=...).
  • PDF Export: Generate a clean, structured PDF.
  • Email Summary: Send a digestible version to your internal team.
  • CRM Push: Push the brief directly to HubSpot or Salesforce as a structured note.
