Quality tiers and safe-to-send validation
Signal Ark evaluates every brief through a multi-stage quality pipeline before releasing it. How to generate an Account Activation Brief
Open the account
Navigate to an enriched account. The account must have sufficient signal coverage for the quality pipeline to produce a Full Brief or Summary. If data is sparse, the brief will be blocked.
Select brief type
On the NBA & Briefs tab, click Generate Account Brief and select the brief type that matches the account’s situation: Executive Change, Competitive Displacement, Cyber Risk, or Growth Expansion.
Review quality tier
After generation, Signal Ark displays the quality tier (Full Brief, Summary Only, or Blocked). Review the evidence labels to understand which claims are direct vs. inferred.
Apply a persona overlay (optional)
Use the persona selector to reframe the brief for your target buyer. The overlay is instant — no additional credit cost.
Delivering and sharing briefs
