Signal Ark is built to deliver value within minutes, not days. You don’t need to configure a data pipeline or wait for a long enrichment job — paste your domains, and Signal Ark starts scanning for signals right away. Follow these three steps to get your workspace up and running.
1

Add your domains

The fastest way to seed Signal Ark is by telling it which accounts you care about.
  1. Navigate to Accounts > Add Accounts.
  2. Select Paste Domains.
  3. Paste up to 100 company domains (for example, acme.com or globex.io), one per line.
  4. Click Import & Enrich.
Signal Ark immediately runs these domains through a multi-tier enrichment waterfall — first TCA, then PDL as a fallback — to build complete firmographic profiles for each account.
You can also upload a CSV file or import directly from your CRM if you have an existing target account list. See ABM Intake for details.
2

Review your Monday 8

Once your accounts are enriched, Signal Ark begins scanning for historical and real-time signals. Your first stop should be the Monday 8 — a curated list of your eight most actionable accounts for the week.
  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Find the Monday 8 Workflow section.
  3. Review the accounts Signal Ark has surfaced, ranked by recent signals, ICP fit, and intent scoring.
Each account in the Monday 8 includes a summary of the signals driving its ranking, so you know exactly why it’s been prioritized.
The Monday 8 requires basic data quality to function correctly. Make sure every account has both an Industry and an Employee Count populated before expecting reliable rankings.
The Monday 8 refreshes automatically. You don’t need to do anything to trigger it — Signal Ark recalculates priorities as new signals arrive throughout the week.

Connect your CRM

Signals are most valuable when they flow directly into the tools your team already uses. Connecting your CRM lets you push accounts, contacts, and AI-generated notes from Signal Ark with a single click.
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Connect next to HubSpot or Salesforce.
  3. Complete the OAuth authorization flow.
Once connected, you can push any account or contact from Signal Ark into your CRM, including AI-generated Why Now Briefs as CRM notes attached to the relevant record.
Connect Slack as well to receive signal alerts and Monday 8 summaries directly in your team’s channels. See the Slack integration guide.
