SignalArk is designed to deliver instant value. Follow these steps to seed your workspace and start detecting signals immediately.

Step 1: Add Your Domains

The fastest way to get started is by telling SignalArk which accounts you care about.
  1. Navigate to Accounts > Add Accounts.
  2. Select Paste Domains.
  3. Paste a list of up to 100 company domains (e.g., acme.com, globex.io).
  4. Click Import & Enrich.
SignalArk will instantly run these domains through our multi-tier enrichment waterfall (TCA + PDL) to build complete firmographic profiles.

Step 2: Review Your Monday 8

Once your accounts are enriched, SignalArk begins scanning for historical and real-time signals.
  1. Head to your Dashboard.
  2. Look at the Monday 8 Workflow.
  3. SignalArk curates the top 8 most actionable accounts for your week based on recent signals, ICP fit, and intent scoring.
The Monday 8 requires basic data quality to function. Make sure your accounts have both an Industry and an Employee Count populated.

Step 3: Connect Your CRM

Ensure signals turn into pipeline by connecting your CRM.
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Connect next to HubSpot or Salesforce.
  3. Complete the OAuth flow.
  4. Once connected, you can push accounts, contacts, and AI-generated notes directly from SignalArk into your CRM with one click.
