Personalization Snippets

Instead of relying solely on basic merge tags like {{first_name}}, SignalArk generates dynamic Personalization Snippets. When an AI message is requested, the engine feeds the prospect’s firmographic data, persona framing, and the specific Why Now Context from their Signal Timeline into the LLM. The output is an opening paragraph or complete message that explicitly states the reason for outreach (e.g., “Noticed you just hired a new VP of Security and are expanding into the EU…”).

Usage in Workflows

AI message generation is available in two primary places:
  1. Manual Sequence Steps: While reviewing a queued email task, a rep can click “Generate AI Draft” to populate the composer.
  2. Next Best Actions: Automated recommendations often include pre-generated email drafts ready for rep review.

Credit Costs

Because AI message generation utilizes advanced LLMs (like Gemini 2.5 Flash), it is a metered action.
  • AI Message Generation: 1 Credit per message.
  • Personalization Snippets: 1 Credit per generation.
If you run out of credits, the UI will disable the generation buttons and prompt you to purchase a top-up via Settings > Billing.
