The Investor Intelligence lens transforms SignalArk from a sales tool into a powerful deal-sourcing engine for Venture Capital and Private Equity firms. It detects investment-grade signals to help you identify high-growth companies before they hit the mainstream radar.

Core Signal Families

The investor lens focuses on 8 distinct, high-value signal families:
  1. funding_round: Undisclosed or early-stage capital injection indicators.
  2. hiring_surge: Rapid headcount growth, specifically in engineering or GTM roles.
  3. international_expansion: Opening offices in new geographic markets.
  4. product_launch: Major V2 launches or pivot indicators.
  5. executive_hire: Bringing on experienced, late-stage executives.
  6. partnership_channel: Strategic alliances with enterprise players.
  7. revenue_signal: Milestone announcements or ARR crossing indicators.
  8. risk_indicator: Layoffs, executive flight, or negative market sentiment.

5-Dimension Scoring Model

The scoring engine evaluates the attractiveness of an investment opportunity across 5 dimensions, resulting in a totalInvestmentScore (0-100):
  • Growth Trajectory (0-30): Velocity of hiring, web traffic, and developer activity.
  • Market Timing (0-20): Alignment with macro trends and recent competitor funding.
  • Team Strength (0-20): Caliber of recent executive hires and founder pedigree.
  • Product Maturity (0-15): Indications of enterprise readiness and tech stack evolution.
  • Risk Assessment (0-15): Negative weighting for churn, layoffs, or regulatory issues.
