The SignalArk Salesforce integration enables bidirectional data syncing and intelligent task creation to turn buyer signals into immediate sales actions.

OAuth PKCE Flow & Environments

SignalArk supports connecting to both Production and Sandbox Salesforce environments using a secure OAuth PKCE flow.
  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Connect under Salesforce.
  3. Select your environment: Production or Sandbox.
  4. Authorize SignalArk in Salesforce.
Tokens are stored securely per-workspace and feature single-flight refresh logic to ensure API reliability.

Sync Capabilities

SignalArk supports pulling, pushing, or full bidirectional syncing of Salesforce objects:
  • Accounts: Mapped to SignalArk Accounts.
  • Contacts: Mapped to SignalArk Contacts.
  • Opportunities: Mapped to SignalArk Deals.
You can manage sync directions and view mapping statistics directly from the Integration Manager.

CRM Push & Task Creation

When pushing a signal to Salesforce, SignalArk does not create standard notes. Instead, it creates actionable Tasks to ensure your reps are prompted to take action. The push process:
  1. Resolves or creates the Salesforce Account based on the domain.
  2. Resolves or creates the Salesforce Contact.
  3. Creates a Task with a plain-text description containing the signal context, “Why Now” reasoning, and suggested outreach angles.
Content Quality Guardrails: Just like the HubSpot integration, Salesforce pushes are protected by strict quality checks. Pushes containing generic AI-generated insights or missing domains will be blocked to maintain CRM hygiene.
