Signal Ark’s Salesforce integration brings buyer intelligence directly into your Salesforce org. You can sync accounts, contacts, and opportunities in either direction, and push signals to Salesforce as structured Tasks — so your reps have clear next actions backed by AI-generated context, not just raw data.

Connect Salesforce

Signal Ark uses a secure OAuth PKCE flow and supports both Production and Sandbox Salesforce environments.
1

Open Integrations settings

In Signal Ark, go to Settings > Integrations.
2

Choose your environment

Click Connect under Salesforce. Select Production or Sandbox depending on which org you want to connect.
3

Authorize in Salesforce

You will be redirected to Salesforce to approve the connection. Log in with an account that has API access and the appropriate object permissions.
4

Return to Signal Ark

After authorization, Salesforce redirects you back to Signal Ark. Your workspace is connected and ready to sync.
Tokens are stored securely per workspace and refreshed automatically in the background. You will not experience authentication errors during high-volume sync operations.
Connect your Sandbox first to validate field mappings and test CRM pushes before going live with your Production org.

Object mapping

Signal Ark maps its core data model to standard Salesforce objects:
Signal ArkSalesforce
AccountAccount
ContactContact
DealOpportunity
You can review sync directions and mapping statistics from the Integration Manager. Field-level mappings use Salesforce’s standard field names and do not require custom objects.

Sync directions

Import your Salesforce Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities into Signal Ark. Signal Ark monitors these records for buyer signals and surfaces AI-generated insights tied to accounts your team already owns.

Push signals to Salesforce

From the Market Radar, Social Signals, or Account views, select a signal and click Push to Salesforce. Signal Ark does not create standard Notes in Salesforce. Instead, it creates Tasks — ensuring that every pushed signal becomes a prompt for action in your rep’s activity feed. When you push a signal, Signal Ark:
  1. Resolves or creates the Salesforce Account using the company domain.
  2. Resolves or creates the Salesforce Contact.
  3. Creates a Task with a plain-text description containing the signal context, the AI-generated “Why Now” reasoning, and suggested outreach angles.

Content quality guardrails

Salesforce pushes are subject to the same quality guardrails as HubSpot. Pushes are blocked when the account is missing a valid domain, or when the AI-generated insights are flagged as generic. Signal Ark will display a clear error message explaining why the push was rejected, so you can address the issue before retrying.
These checks run on every push and cannot be bypassed. They exist to ensure your Salesforce tasks contain genuinely useful, account-specific intelligence rather than boilerplate AI output.
