Firmographic Enrichment Pipeline

Our platform uses a waterfall approach to enrichment, ensuring high match rates while managing costs effectively.

Primary Provider: TheCompaniesAPI (TCA)

For all firmographic data (industry, employee count, location, revenue estimates), TheCompaniesAPI is queried first. It provides high-quality company data at the best margin.

Fallback Provider: People Data Labs (PDL)

If TCA cannot fulfill the request or returns incomplete data for critical fields, the pipeline falls back to People Data Labs.

Tech Stack Scanner

SignalArk automatically detects the technologies installed on the target account’s website, which is crucial for displacement and complementary GTME plays.
Enrichment is automatically triggered when an account is created, imported via CSV, or processed through the ABM Intake pipeline.

Contact Auto-Discovery

Finding the right persona to contact is just as important as identifying the right account. SignalArk includes an automated contact discovery engine. When an account shows high intent or is prioritized for outreach:
  1. Persona Search: We query PDL (as TCA does not support people search) to find contacts matching your configured target personas (e.g., CISO, VP of Sales, CFO).
  2. Email Discovery: Once a contact is identified, SignalArk uses Hunter.io alongside pattern guessing to resolve and verify their corporate email address.

Credit Metering

Enrichment actions consume credits from your workspace balance:
  • Waterfall Firmographic Enrich: 1 Credit
  • LinkedIn Profile Enrich: 1 Credit
  • Contact/People Search: 3 Credits
