# Team & Roles

> Manage users, assign roles, and configure team routing.

SignalArk is built for collaborative sales teams.

## Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Every invited team member must be assigned a role, which strictly governs their permissions across the platform.

| Role        | Permissions                                                                              |
| :---------- | :--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Viewer**  | Read-only access to Accounts, Signals, and Briefs. Cannot mutate data.                   |
| **Rep**     | Can manage their assigned Accounts, enroll contacts in sequences, and action GTME plays. |
| **Manager** | Can view all team accounts, configure routing rules, and approve sequences.              |
| **Auditor** | Read-only access to compliance, GDPR, and security logs.                                 |
| **Admin**   | Full access to settings, billing, integrations, and user management.                     |

## Team Workflows

* **Account Assignment**: Managers can assign accounts to specific Reps. Assignment locks ensure reps own their territory.
* **Approvals**: Certain actions (like sending automated outreach) can be configured to require Manager approval before execution.
* **Collaboration**: Team members can tag each other and leave comment threads on Accounts and Signals to coordinate account-based plays.
