# Play Templates (Routing)

> Automatically route high-value signals to Slack or Webhooks.

While GTME Plays act as an advisory layer for account strategy, **Play Templates** act as a direct routing layer for immediate delivery.

Play Templates automatically evaluate incoming signals and push them to your preferred delivery destinations (Slack or Webhooks) the moment they are detected.

## The 5 Pre-Built Templates

SignalArk provides 5 out-of-the-box routing templates:

1. **Executive Leadership Hire**: Triggers when a VP or C-level job posting is detected. Evaluates over a 14-day window.
2. **Funding Event Alert**: Triggers on new funding round signals. Evaluates over a 7-day window.
3. **Competitive Co-Mention**: Triggers when an account is mentioned in the news alongside a known competitor. Evaluates over a 7-day window.
4. **High Intent Keyword Match**: Triggers when a user-defined keyword rule matches on news or web sources. Evaluates over a 7-day window.
5. **Tech Stack Signal**: Triggers when a job posting mentions a competitor's technology.

## Configuration & Delivery

To set up a Play Template:

1. Navigate to **Plays > Templates**.
2. Select one of the pre-built templates.
3. Choose a destination (e.g., a specific Slack channel like `#sales-signals`, or a custom Webhook URL).
4. Activate the play.

### The Routing Pipeline

When Flint ingests signals, or the internal cron jobs collect new data, the signals pass through a post-ingestion pipeline. **Stage 4** of this pipeline automatically evaluates all active Play Templates. If a signal matches, it is immediately dispatched to the configured delivery logs and sent to the destination.
