# Slack Integration

> Route high-priority signals directly to your team's Slack channels.

Deliver real-time intelligence to where your team already works using the SignalArk Slack integration.

## Setup

1. Go to **Settings > Integrations**.
2. Click **Connect Slack**.
3. Authorize the SignalArk Bot.

## Block Kit Formatting

SignalArk doesn't just send plain text alerts. We use rich Slack **Block Kit** formatting to deliver highly readable, structured signal alerts.

A typical Slack alert includes:

* **Signal Summary**: The core event (e.g., "Acme Corp raised \$10M Series A").
* **Why Now**: The AI-generated reasoning for why this matters.
* **Key Contacts**: Recommended personas to reach out to.
* **Quick Links**: Direct links back to the SignalArk Account or CRM record.

## Play Template Routing

Slack is a primary destination for SignalArk's **Play Templates**.

You can map specific templates to specific channels. For example:

* Send `competitive_co_mention` plays to `#sales-competitive-intel`.
* Send `funding_event_alert` plays to `#sales-outbound`.
* Send `exec_leadership_hire` plays directly to the assigned account owner via DM.
